BROOKLYN PARK, Md. (AP) -- Anne Arundel County police say a man was stabbed in the chest after a woman called the attacker while she and the victim were arguing inside a convenience store.
The stabbing occurred early Saturday morning inside a store in Brooklyn Park. Police say the man was arguing with a female friend when the woman made a phone call, saying that she was arguing with a man and needed someone to "take care of it."
As the man walked out of the store, police say he was stabbed in the chest by another man. He was taken to a hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
