The Non-vintage Domaine Chandon Brut Classic Sparkling Wine from Napa Valley ($20) is a great way to kick off the evening. The tight, medium-sized bubbles carry bright flavors of apples, pears and nectarines over the entire palate. The 2008 Luna Pinot Grigio from Napa County ($15) can carry the weight of the turkey and hold up to some of the more flavorful side dishes. It has aromas of nectarine, grapefruit and peach and flavors of tropical fruit. Another great wine to pair with turkey is the 2009 Adelsheim Pinot Gris from the Willamette Valley of Oregon ($15). It has scents of tropical fruit and citrus and flavors of green apples, pear and guava. If you're looking for a versatile red wine, try the 2008 Maison Louis Jadot Côte de Nuits-Villages Pinot Noir from Burgundy, France ($22). It has a bouquet of ripe cherries and flavors of strawberry and red plum.
