NEW MARKET, Md. (AP) - A judge in Frederick County has dismissed a lawsuit against New Market over its master plan.

Frederick County Circuit Judge Theresa M. Adams filed an order Wednesday dismissing the suit filed by the Friends of Frederick County. The group had claimed that the town's master plan did not meet state requirements and could lead to out-of-control growth.

The News-Post of Frederick ( http://bit.ly/U2PseQ) reports that Adams wrote that the town had fully complied with legal requirements.
