Study: Driving is one of life’s biggest stressors (Video)

WASHINGTON – Stress is part of everyday life and that everyday commute is a big factor, according to a recent study.

Funded by car maker Audi, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Senseable City Lab study tracked a driver’s facial movements, heart rate and other vital signs as they drove and compared it to other activities.

Driving was more stressful than eating breakfast and giving a presentation.

However, skydiving, unsurprisingly, was more stressful.
