ELLICOTT CITY, Md. (AP) -- Howard County police have identified a man whose body was found in Centennial Lake in Ellicott City after he apparently slipped on ice, fell into the lake and drowned.

Police said Monday that the man had been identified as 60-year-old Douglas Robert Morin of Elkridge. Police say no foul play is suspected in the death.

Police say Morin's body was discovered Sunday morning by a citizen in Centennial Park. Morin's family reported him missing on Sunday evening, and investigators found his vehicle near the park.
