COLUMBIA, Md. - Howard County Police have arrested at 42-year-old man they say secretly videotaped two women in their Ellicott City condominium.

Michael McKenny of Columbia was arrested Thursday night after police received tips when a video of a man in the condo was released. He is charged with burglary, visual surveillance with prurient intent and other offenses and is being held on $100,000 bond. Police did not know if McKenny has a lawyer.

Detectives say McKenny knew the identities of the women, who were roommates, and had stolen and copied the key to their condo. The women discovered the video camera hidden in a closet last month.

Detectives say the camera was first set up in June, and the man went back into the condo several times to move the camera around.
