MARRIOTTSVILLE, Md. - Howard County police say a 15-year-old boy is in critical but stable condition after being found shot in the Marriottsville area.
Police say the boy was found in the 11400 block of Frederick Road by an area resident about 7 p.m. Tuesday. He was taken to Shock Trauma in Baltimore.
Police say the boy is a resident of Baltimore County.
Authorities say they do not believe the gunshot was self-inflicted and are investigating the possibility of foul play.
