GREENBELT, Md. (AP) - A 33-year-old man has been sentenced to five months in prison for selling misbranded, non-FDA approved prescription drugs.
Luis Alberto Jimenez, formerly of Hyattsville, was also sentenced Thursday to five months of that being home detention with electronic monitoring and ordered to pay a $3,000 fine.
