BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP) -- Former Virginia Tech standouts Franklin Stubbs and Brad Clontz will be the guests of honor at the school's 2013 baseball fundraiser.
The sixth annual Baseball Night in Blacksburg will be held Feb. 8 in the West Side Stadium Club at Lane Stadium.
Stubbs set nine school records and won a World Series ring with the Los Angeles Dodgers in 1988.
Clontz still holds school records with 12 wins in 130 innings pitched in 1992. He helped the Atlanta Braves win the 1995 World Series.
Tickets to the banquet are $75 for adults and $35 for children 13 and under, and $200 for a private reception beforehand.
