Police seek missing Montgomery County girl

WASHINGTON — The police are asking for the public’s help in finding a Germantown girl who has been missing since Monday.

The Montgomery County police say Wadnisha Zephirin, 17, was last seen on Crosstie Drive in Germantown. She’s described as black; 5 feet, 5 inches tall; 120 pounds; with brown hair and brown eyes. She has a mole on the left side of her face. The police and her family are concerned for her emotional and physical well-being.
