ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley is scheduled to make his third trip this year to New Hampshire as he mulls running for president in 2016.

O’Malley, a Democrat, is slated to be the keynote speaker at the Portsmouth City Democrats’ fall dinner on Sept. 26.

The term-limited governor was last in New Hampshire on Aug. 17, when he appeared at a fundraiser for the New Hampshire Democratic Senate Caucus and a picnic for the Stafford County Democratic Committee.

O’Malley also was in the first-in-the-nation presidential primary state in June for a Democratic dinner in Manchester. In November, he was the keynote speaker at a New Hampshire Democratic dinner.

O’Malley’s political action committee also is sending about two dozen staffers to several states, including New Hampshire and Iowa, to help elect Democrats.
