Abducted toddler could be passing through Md.

WASHINGTON — North Carolina issued an Amber Alert for a little girl believed to be abducted by Rodney Francis Bryant, NBC4 Washington reports.

The 10-month-old girl, Tamiyah Elssy Bryant, is the man’s daughter, WNCN in Raleigh reports.

Authorities say the child was taken early Saturday and the father has made threats that he will kill both himself and the child.

He was last seen driving a white 2002 Suzuki Vitara with a Washington state license plate number: ACK-7454.

The vehicle was last seen driving west on I-40 near Highway 55 in Durham, NC.

Rodney Bryant, the father, is identified as a black man, 6 feet tall, about 220 lbs.

He has a number of tattoos: praying hands on the right side of his neck, “MOB” on the left side of his neck, “MACKTOWN” on his knuckles and various forearm tattoos.
