SALISBURY, Md. (AP) -- A man has been sentenced to three concurrent life terms for killing his pregnant ex-girlfriend's mother in a rampage in Salisbury.
Twenty-one-year-old Myles Lyons pleaded guilty in October to first-degree murder for shooting 39-year-old Lakisha Jackson in November 2012. He also pleaded guilty to 19 other offenses.
The Daily Times of Salisbury reports (http://delmarvane.ws/JR8XZ4) that Lyons was sentenced Friday in Wicomico County Circuit Court.
Prosecutors say Lyons fatally shot Lakisha Jackson, shot and stabbed his ex-girlfriend Nicole Jackson, and shot her sister, Tyisha Jackson.
The two sisters survived, and Nicole Jackson's baby was safely delivered the same day as the shootings.
