COLUMBIA, Md. (AP) -- Howard County police are investigating a five-car collision that injured seven people in Columbia.
Police say the crash occurred shortly before noon Saturday on Route 175 eastbound at Route 108.
Police say two people suffered life-threatening injuries and seven overall were taken to hospitals in the area.
Route 175 has re-opened, though only one lane was getting by Saturday afternoon and motorists were being warned of major traffic delays as police continue their investigation.
