ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- The family and hundreds of mourners remembered a Maryland Marine who was one of seven killed last week when a mortar shell exploded during a training exercise in Nevada.
The funeral for 21-year-old Lance Cpl. William Taylor Wild IV on Friday at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Annapolis included friends and relatives telling stories about him.
Photos of Wild and his family were on display at the church. Mourners wore small yellow ribbons on their lapels.
Wild will be buried at Arlington National Cemetery on Tuesday.
