UPPER MARLBORO, Md. (AP) -- A driver in a two-car crash that killed two men in Glenn Dale has been charged with two counts of homicide by motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol.
Prince George's County police say 35-year-old Ramon Anaya-Ascencio of no fixed address has also been charged with two counts of vehicular manslaughter.
Officers say 46-year-old Leo Castro and 30-year-old Jose Rodrigeuez, both of Lanham, were fatally injured Monday morning. They were riding in a car that police say was driven by Anaya-Ascencio when it crossed in front of another car and was struck on the passenger side.
Anaya-Ascencio is being held on $200,000 bond.
