Pair charged with stabbing Md. woman

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) -- Hagerstown police say two people have been charged with stabbing a woman in front of an apartment complex.

It happened about 5:15 a.m. Thursday in front of the Washington Gardens. The Herald-Mail of Hagerstown reports (http://bit.ly/Xe0Adc) that officers found a woman suffering from numerous stab wounds. She was treated and released at a local hospital.

Twenty-two-year old Lauren Dixon and 27-year-old Sabrina Thomas, both of Hagerstown, were arrested several hours later. They are charged with attempted murder and are being held without bond.
