BLADENSBURG, Md. (AP) -- Authorities have identified a 43-year-old woman who was shot and killed by Bladensburg police officers.
Prince George's County police say Tonya Buggs was fatally shot after she brandished a knife and refused orders from the Bladensburg officers to drop the weapon.
