BALTIMORE (AP) - Police say a Baltimore restaurant owner has been charged with raping a customer in the bathroom of his restaurant.
Police have charged 29-year-old Matthew Lasinski with raping a patron on New Year's Day at the Blue Agave restaurant. One of the restaurant's co-owners told The Baltimore Sun that he had reviewed camera footage from the restaurant and that it didn't appear that the woman's accusations were credible.
Investigators say the woman was treated at a hospital and released.
A message left for Lasinski on Thursday morning at the restaurant, which serves Mexican food, was not immediately returned.
