ANNAPOLIS, Md. - A Maryland man faces up to 30 years in prison for his role in a shooting at a Glen Burnie pizzeria two years ago.

Charles Sequan Butler, of Brooklyn Park, entered an Alford plea Monday to a charge of second-degree murder. An Alford plea means a defendant does not admit guilt but acknowledges there's evidence to be convicted.

The 19-year-old Butler entered his plea as he and another teenager were to have stood trial in the November 2010 killing of Misael Flores during a botched robbery at Mr. Wings and Pizza. A third teenager pleaded guilty in January, and a fourth defendant is scheduled for trial in October.
