COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Prince George's County police are searching for three men in connection with a carjacking near the University of Maryland campus in College Park.
Police say the carjacking occurred about 11:15 p.m. Tuesday in the 4500 block of Hartwick Road, about three blocks from Fraternity Row.
Authorities say a 35-year-old man was trying to open the door to his vehicle when the men approached him. Police say the suspects assaulted and robbed the man before taking his car.
