ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- The U.S. Naval Academy says a civilian employee has died after being found unresponsive in the academy's dining facility.
The academy said the female member of the food service staff was found in the King Hall kitchen area at about 5 a.m. on Friday.
A statement from the school says CPR was administered on the scene by another employee until paramedics arrived.
The academy says the employee was rushed to Anne Arundel Medical Center in Annapolis, where she was later pronounced dead.
The academy says details about the identity of the employee are being withheld out of respect for the privacy of the family.
