RICHMOND, Va. (AP) -- A Chester man who won $1 million in Virginia's $5 Million Club lottery game in August has struck again.
The Virginia Lottery said Friday that Marvin Bouldin has won $2 million on a scratch-off ticket in the Millionaire Mania game.
Bouldin took the cash option of $1.5 million before taxes. The convenience store where he bought the ticket received a $10,000 bonus from the Lottery.
Bouldin says he's "still the same person despite his double stroke of luck.
