WASHINGTON (AP) -- Two women have been shot in the District of Columbia, but their injuries aren't considered life-threatening.
The shooting occurred late Sunday night in southeast Washington, on the 1300 block of Congress Street.
Police say one of the women was shot in the face while the other was struck in the leg. Both were taken to the hospital but are expected to survive.
Police are looking for a silver SUV in connection to the shooting.
