ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) -- A 3-year-old boy is safe after he managed to open the door to his home and go wandering in Linthicum in the early morning hours.
Anne Arundel County police say a driver spotted the child at 3:45 a.m. Tuesday.
The Capital of Annapolis (http://bit.ly/1aIuVVX ) reports Anne Arundel County police spokesman Justin Mulcahy says it appears the child managed to unlock the door to his home, open it and start walking toward a relative's house. Officers started a door-to-door search and ultimately found the boy's parents with the help of a neighbor.
Mulcahy says there's no plan to file any charges against the child's parents.
