Silver Spring man struck by car in Aspen Hill dies

ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) -- Police in Montgomery County say a man is dead after being struck by a car while crossing a street in the Aspen Hill area.
Police say the man was hit by a car around 10:20 p.m. Monday while crossing Georgia Avenue at Heathfield Road. Police identified the pedestrian as 59-year-old Frank Sedwick of Silver Spring.
Police are investigating the crash.
