CAMBRIDGE, Md. (AP) - Legislative leaders will be discussing the upcoming session of the Maryland General Assembly.
House Speaker Michael Busch and Sen. Edward Kasemeyer will take part on a panel at the winter conference of the Maryland Association of Counties in Cambridge on Friday. Kasemeyer, D-Baltimore County, is the chairman of the Senate Budget and Taxation Committee.
Stacy Mayer, Gov. Martin O'Malley's chief legislative officer, also is scheduled to be on the panel. Delegate Anthony O'Donnell, a Calvert County Republican who is the House minority leader, also is scheduled to speak.
