ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) - Anne Arundel County prosecutors have dropped all charges against a teenager who had been charged with murder in a shooting death.
A spokeswoman for the State's Attorney's Office said Thursday that charges against 18-year-old Daniel Alex Savage of Glen Burnie were dropped because of lack of evidence.
Savage and 18-year-old Ronald Lee McLeod of Columbia were accused of fatally shooting 21-year-old Matthew Morrow on Oct. 13 after a party in Pasadena.
The Capital of Annapolis ( http://bit.ly/SuARY6) reports that prosecutors are moving forward with a first-degree murder charge against McLeod.
