DAMASCUS, Md. - A Montgomery County woman who was struck in the head by an arrow has been released from the hospital.
Family members of the woman told The Washington Post ( http://tinyurl.com/cmlkzh3) that she was released shortly after the accident Tuesday night.
Police say the accident happened as people were taking target practice outside a house on Moxley Road in the Damascus area. The woman was struck after the arrow went through a bale of hay and then ricocheted.
