ROCKVILLE, Md. (AP) - Police in Montgomery County plan to simulate collisions of bicyclists and pedestrians as part of a training exercise.
The event's scheduled for 9 a.m. Thursday at the Public Safety Training Academy in Rockville.
The training is being organized by members of the collision reconstruction unit. It'll involve bicycles and crash test dummies.
