HAMPSTEAD, Md. - Baltimore County police say two people were killed over the weekend in a single-car crash near Hampstead.
Police say 22-year-old Justin Stambaugh was speeding on Falls Road on Saturday night, when he lost control of his car. The car left the road and rolled over, knocking him and passenger, 21-year-old Willie Green Jr., from the car. The crash happened at the intersection of Falls Road and Beckleysville Road.
Police say Stambaugh was pronounced dead at the scene, while Green died on Sunday at University of Maryland Shock Trauma.
