WASHINGTON - The District of Columbia's Board of Elections and Ethics is wrapping up the testing of the voting machines it plans to use in the city's next election.
Testing continues Thursday for the third day. Tests over the past two days have included making sure that all the equipment is in working order and that votes are being recorded properly.
The city holds its next election April 3. A total of 11 federal and city contests are on the ballot.
