NORFOLK, Va. - Norfolk authorities are investigating another fire at a downtown condominium building.
Wednesday night's fire is the fourth at The Rotunda in the past eight days.
Norfolk Fire-Rescue Battalion Chief Harry Worley tells media outlets that the other fires have been ruled as arsons.
The latest fire was reported on the fourth floor. The other fires occurred on the fifth floor.
Worley says 56 of the building's 66 units were occupied Wednesday. Residents had to leave the building for the night because of water damage.
The cause of the latest fire hasn't been determined.
Worley says the building can only be accessed with a code card.
