BALTIMORE - Baltimore police say a 62-year-old man found shot in the driver's seat of a vehicle is the city's first homicide victim of the new year.

Police told The Baltimore Sun that emergency medical personnel treated Royster at the scene and took him to Sinai Hospital, where he died about 10:15 p.m. ( http://bsun.md/y2WjTX)
