WASHINGTON -- She started on the "Real Housewives of D.C.," and garnered national attention when she and her husband snuck into the White House. What's the next logical move for reality TV maven Michaele Salahi? Clearly, to release a music video.
While appearing on an NBC Miami local broadcast, Salahi unveiled her first single, "Bump It," and through the lyrics made her intentions clear from the get go: "I'm an animal, animal," and "My main objective is to be the hottest girl in the room!"
The 45-year-old then begs the question: "Will someone please hurry up and dance with me? Because I'm alone on the dance floor tonight."
She was joined by a group of four gyrating support dancers clad in black, and a backup rapper who appeared to be dressed as a UPS mail carrier.
This isn't the first time a "Real Housewife" alumna has taken a crack at launching a music career, according to Popeater.com. New York City's Luann De Lesseps has "Money Can't Buy you Class," and Kim Zolciak, from the Atlanta season, crooned "Tardy for the Party."

Salahi and her polo-playing husband Tareq were able to get past multiple layers of White House security in November 2009 to sneak into a state dinner President Obama was holding for India. The White House said the couple were not invited to the dinner, were not on the guest list and never got seats at the event.
They were able to get pictures with the president, Vice President Joe Biden and then-Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.
