ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (AP) -- Buffalo Bills receiver Stevie Johnson is putting aside his initial apprehensions and beginning to buy into the team's offseason rebuilding plans.

Describing his faith in the team as being "sky high," Johnson was impressed by rookie coach Doug Marrone's upbeat approach and uptempo offense. And he's no longer wondering why the Bills elected against making any big splashes in free agency to address several holes.

Johnson's vote of confidence came after the Bills closed a three-day voluntary minicamp Thursday. It was the players' first chance to take the field with Marrone, the former Syracuse coach who replaced Chan Gailey in January.

Johnson was held out of all three practices because of a stiff back. He was still encouraged to see how fast-paced the individual and team sessions were.
