HAMPTON, Va. (AP) -- Hampton is hosting a forum on school and campus safety that's expected to draw about 700 officials from across the nation.
The 13th Annual School and Safety forum begins Monday and runs through Wednesday at the Hampton Roads Convention Center.
Training topics will include bullying, mental health, gangs, suicide intervention and drugs.
Participants will include education and public safety officials.
Representatives of the U.S. Department of Education, Virginia Secretary of Public Safety Marla Graff Decker and Dewey Cornell with the University of Virginia are among the presenters.
