CONCORD, N.H. (AP) -- The lawyer for a woman who allegedly lied to police about the disappearance of a University of New Hampshire sophomore last fall says she will plead guilty to all charges connected to her death.

Nineteen-year-old Kathryn McDonough of Portsmouth is charged with hindering prosecution, conspiracy and tampering with a witness in the death of 19-year-old Elizabeth "Lizzi" Marriott last October.

Defense attorney Andrew Cotrupi would not comment on what sentence McDonough will receive but told The Associated Press he expects his client to be taken into custody after Thursday's hearing.

McDonough's ex-boyfriend Seth Mazzaglia (muh-ZAIL-yah) is charged with strangling Marriott last October. Police say the couple told investigators they dumped her body into the waters off Peirce Island. It has never been recovered.
