SEATTLE (AP) - A 14-year-old accused of choking another boy unconscious at a Covington junior high school has been charged with assault.
The incident caught on surveillance video shows the boys bumping into each other in a hall and the larger eight-grader choking the smaller sevent-grader until he falls to the floor. He was hospitalized with a facial fracture and slight concussion.
