Old Dominion home uniforms, shoes stolen

NORFOLK, Va. (AP) - Old Dominion will wear road uniforms for a game at the Ted Constant Convocation Center after someone stole some of the team's home apparel.
Coach Blaine Taylor tells media outlets the theft was discovered early Sunday morning when the team returned from a 61-48 loss to Virginia Commonwealth in Richmond.
Taylor says someone broke into the locker room at the Constant Center and took white home uniforms, along with some basketball shoes. But he says the thieves left the largest-sized jerseys.
University police are investigating the theft.
Old Dominion hosts Northeastern on Monday night.
Taylor says he's ordered new uniforms and expects them to arrive in time for the CAA tournament in February.
