House Roll Call: Vote to end govt shutdown

The 285-144 roll call Wednesday night by which the House passed and sent to President Barack Obama legislation to avoid a threatened federal default and end the 16-day partial government shutdown.

A "yes" vote is a vote to pass the measure.

Voting yes were 198 Democrats and 87 Republicans.

Voting no were 0 Democrats and 144 Republicans.

X denotes those not voting.

There are 3 vacancies in the 435-member House.
