Snowstorm’s fast accumulation caught on tape

WASHINGTON – Much of New England is still digging out of a 30-inch snowfall as a result of winter storm Nemo which hit the East Coast this past weekend.

YouTube user miges3111 posted a time-lapse video of snow accumulating in their backyard in Farmington, Conn.

The user says in the video caption that he filmed the time lapse over a 22-hour span from Friday, Feb. 8 through the following morning.

Viewers can see the trees droop under the weight of the falling snow, and watch as the patio chairs seem to be swallowed up by the fast accumulating snowfall.
