FREDERICKSBURG, Va. (AP) -- A northern Virginia electrical contractor is investing millions of dollars in Caroline County and creating about 50 jobs.
Truland Systems Corp. of Reston has leased an office and industrial facility in the Ladysmith section of the county and expects to move in around June 1.
The Free Lance-Star (http://bit.ly/XoiKIN ) reports that Truland will use the Caroline County space for prefabrication, materials management and training in support of the company's electrical construction operations.
Truland will invest about $4.7 million in machinery and building improvements, according to a news release issued by the county Thursday.
