WOODBRIDGE, Va. - Police say two Woodbridge women were running an illegal home daycare center that kept infants restrained in car seats in bathrooms and closets.
Prince William County Police charged 23-year-old Rabia Qayyum and 29-year-old Anila Qayyum with seven counts each of reckless endangerment of a child. The two women were being held on bond Wednesday.
Police say they searched the home Tuesday and found the two women caring for 21 children unassisted, ranging in age from 3 months to 4 years old.
Seven of the children less than a year old were found strapped into car seats throughout the home, including a bathroom and closet.
None of the children was injured.
