Xerox to expand Chesapeake call center workforce

CHESAPEAKE, Va. - More than 200 additional workers are being sought by Xerox for its call center in Chesapeake.
Company spokesman Alexander Charles tells The Virginian-Pilot ( http://bit.ly/NtTtqo) that the workforce expansion is needed to handle new client growth.
Positions to be filled include customer service representatives, quality assurance analysts and service-center managers.
