WOODBRIDGE, Va. - Three family members of a 75-year-old man who was strangled to death earlier this month have been arrested in connection with the incident.
Prince William County Police say a brother-in-law, sister-in-law and nephew of Kwang Hur have been charged as an accessory to murder. Hur was found dead in an apartment in the River Run seniors complex Sept. 1.
Police say Hur's relatives would have benefited from a $1 million life insurance policy in his name.
All three suspects - 58-year-old Jung Min Jun, 56-year-old Jung Ok Jun and 26-year-old Ho Young Jun - were arrested in New York.
