WOODBRIDGE, Va. - A man has been arrested for raping an 11-year-old girl, Prince William County Police say.

Wilber Antonio Jovel, 29, has been charged with two counts of rape after an incident Wednesday.

Police were called to the 3300 block of Beaumont Road Wednesday after the family of the girl notified police.

After an investigation, Jovel was arrested later Wednesday night.

Jovel is being held without bond.
