HAYMARKET, Va. - A second teenager has died after last week's accident on Logmill Road.

Prince William County Police identified the girl who died as Savanna Kidane Mouratidis, 15, of Haymarket.

Mouratidis died Friday, two days after the single-car crash.

Friends and family stopped by the tree where the crash occurred to remember the victims on Monday.

One woman, whose teenage children knew those in the car, fears the county's plan to flatten the hilly road "will turn this into a drag strip."

Logmill Road needs more specific speed limit signs and police enforcement, she says.

Police say the car with five teens struck a deer. The driver, whom police say was going too fast, then ran into a tree.

Kendra Kaeleen Tucker, 15, of Gainesville was pronounced dead at the scene.
