STERLING, Va. (AP) -- The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office say two people have been charged with first-degree murder in the shooting death of a Sterling man.
Deputies said 32-year-old Ryan B. Williams, formerly of the Loudoun County area, and 23-year-old Linsey Hardwickof Leesburg were charged Tuesday in the death of 30-year-old Jovaughn J. Johnson.
Johnson's body was found Dec. 27 in his car near Great Trail Terrace and Trail Run Terrace in Sterling.
