Va. priest charged with sexually assaulting man

SPRINGFIELD, Va. (AP) - Fairfax County police say a Catholic priest has been charged with the sexual battery of a man.
The Rev. Luis Fernando Franco Henao surrendered to authorities on Wednesday. The Diocese of Arlington says Franco Henao is a visiting priest from Colombia.
Police say the alleged incident occurred on Feb. 2 on the parish grounds of St. Bernadette in Springfield. Police say the alleged victim came forward last month.
Church officials say Franco Henao has been removed from his duties.
